We consulted in the development of a quick-casual dining concept for AMC Theatres. Developing an innovative, high end and ultra efficient food and beverage service model where food was ordered and delivered to seats within 3-5 minutes after orders were placed.

OUR SCOPE 

• Creation of a unique dining concept for AMC, including menu/recipe development and overall look and feel.

• Touched on the overall guest experience by creating guest facing design and technological elements, including order systems, menus, signage, packaging and service ware.

• Design of the kitchen and service areas.

• Selection of furniture, fixtures and equipment as well as creation of mechanical/electric/plumbing schedules, cut sheets and smallware packages.

• Staff training for front of house and back of house to align with the concept and technology proposed.
