Cedric's at The Shed

The Shed, a not-for-profit organization located on West 30th Street where the High Line meets Hudson Yards, solicited us to manage a food service that would support its identity throughout its facility.

OUR SCOPE

• We consulted before opening and operating the restaurant in collaboration with The Shed.

• Our scope consisted of: Concept design, financial and operational planning, menu development and marketing strategy for Cedric’s, catering space, and mobile bars.

• We designed and operate end-to –end food and service of Cedric’s which serves up American fare and inventive cocktails from day to night.
