Intersect by Lexus

Our consulting team developed the food, beverage and hospitality program at Intersect by Lexus, located in NYC’s meatpacking district at 412 W. 14th Street in NYC. Intersect was developed by Lexus as a cultural space where people and ideas converge. Melding innovative programming, culinary creativity and masterful design for an immersive cultural experience. Once open, USHG managed the operation on behalf of Lexus.

OUR SCOPE

• Developed a financial proforma and business plan to inform concept direction

• Acted as owner’s rep throughout the design development and construction phases

• Helped ideate and operationalize Lexus’s culinary vision, a rotating “Global Chefs-In-Residence” program. 

• Managed the day-to-day operations within the space, from a café, to a bar/lounge, restaurant and event space. 

• Crafted a memorable hospitality experience rooted in Enlightened Hospitality.
